• In-App: Where available, use the account settings or data management section within our mobile applications to request data deletion
• Written Request: Send a written request to our office address

Please include the following in your request:

• Email address associated with your account
• The specific service or application you used
• Any account identifiers (username, account number)

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Any content you have uploaded or created

4. Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained even after a deletion request for the following reasons:

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and process it within 30 days. In some cases, we may need additional time (up to 60 days) for complex requests, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons.

6. Effects of Data Deletion

Please be aware that data deletion may result in:

• Permanent loss of your account and associated data
• Inability to access services that require an account
• Loss of purchase history and service records
• Removal from mailing lists and notifications

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
